Weston Green is located between Thames Ditton and Esher.

There are a handful of shops and pubs overlooking the green at the village centre. Visible from the green is the white spire of All Saint's Parish Church.

Esher railway station is within walking distance of the village for mainline services to London Waterloo. The A3 trunk road runs south of Esher.
